The Flemish public radio station Klara broadcasts a top 100 of classical music every year, based on votes from listeners. This is their top 100 as it was broadcasted in the weekend of November 25 and 26 2017. My list starts with number 99, and ends with number1. Works I left out because I couldn't find them here: 100, 97, 85, 79, 74, 67, 63, 62, 52, 48, 42, 37, 33, 30 and 29.

This is very interesting, but that top 100 link doesn't work. I am excited to know the rest!

Thanks @skender, I've never heard of this top list until now. As for the missing works:

  • 100: Karl Jenkins is still missing, so I'll try to add him in the incoming days.
  • 98: Tchaikovsky's piano concerto no. 1 exists
  • 97: There is already a plan to add an "anonymous" composer profile to add popular unattributed works like Greensleves
  • 96: Mahler's symphony no. 4 exists
  • 85: Asturias by Albeniz is still missing, I'll add very soon
  • 79: Jesu, Meines Lebens Leben will be added
  • 74: Lodewijk Mortelmans will be added
  • 72: this is the Moonlight Sonata, it's available

@geonver Thanks! I got kicked out for making too many requests, but I'm back in now, and completed the list of what I could find. I'll also add the ones you found.

I sincerely apologize for that! We imposed a rate limit of 300 requests/hour for security and performance reasons but I now found it could be passed easily with creating long lists. This shall be fixed before the weekend. I apologize again.

@geonver No problem. I needed a break somewhere halfway anyhow :-)

Very weird, was Pergolesi's Stabat Mater chosen as the top work or I am missing something here?

@karim332 Pergolisi's Stabat Mater was indeed the top work. In this list, it has been the number 1 since 2014, when it replaced "Erbarme dich" from Bach's Matthäuspassion at the top of the list.
