Intense and exciting piano pieces

I'm looking for piano pieces that pack an emotional punch, without being sad; serious but not moody. To give a sense of what I mean by sad or moody, here are some examples of pieces I enjoy but that don't belong in this list: Beethoven's sonata 8, Chopin's sonata 2, Prokofiev's sonata 2.
